KMC Harvest Fest 2024

Event Details

• Location: KMC Parking Lot & Mission Center Gym

• Date & Time: October 31, 2024; 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

• Trunk Set-Up: 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM

Join us for a fantastic evening of Fall Fun for ALL! Please invite friends, family and neighbors, too! Children will have the opportunity to collect candy during our Trunk-or-Treat. Three bounce houses will be set up in the gym for all ages to play. Dinner will be served as a chili potluck with sides. Everyone is invited to dress in costume!

To create this exciting event, WE NEED YOU!

Please consider joining in decorating the trunk of your car with a theme and dress up in costume to distribute candy to the kids. Bonus if your decor and costume is Bible theme! We will block off and direct cars to park together in our lot for the Trunk-or-Treat. You may bring your own candy/treats to pass out, or we will have treats to provide through donations.

Trunk set up will be 5:30-6:00.

After Trunk-or-Treat, we will relocate to the gym for dinner, fellowship and playtime! Please register below if you can contribute a pot of chili, a side dish or a dessert for 10 people.

*In the event of rain or cold weather, we will simply bring our decorations inside and have the children go around indoors.

THE FUN MUST GO ON! Please RSVP below if you plan to attend, and include the number of guests you may bring. If you would like to contribute, please click the registration button to sign-up to decorate your car and/or to bring food. We will also be collecting candy and treat donations on Sundays until the event!
