Membership in the local church is an outward expression of one’s membership in the universal church. It does not guarantee salvation, but is the context in which God means for salvation to be worked out. As such we encourage all regularly attending congregants to pursue membership in KMC.
Membership consists of being baptized and confirmed upon a credible profession of one’s faith before the congregation. There is a four-week membership course that all candidates are required to take; this course typically takes place biannually.
